This is a 12-month plan billed monthly. It renews automatically each month and can’t be canceled early. Cancel anytime after your 12-month term ends.

What is Baby Box Club?
Baby Box Club is a subscription service that delivers thoughtfully curated boxes each month with items for both baby and mama. We also offer a one-time Welcome Baby Box, which makes a wonderful gift for new moms or baby showers.
What comes in each box?
1. A fun item (toy, playtime accessory)
2. An educational/developmental item (book, learning tool, or activity)
3. A wearable item (clothing or accessory)
4. A mama item (self-care, wellness, or treat)
How does the subscription work?
We offer three flexible subscription options so you can choose what works best for your family:
• Welcome Baby Box (One-Time Purchase): A perfect gift or starter box for new parents. Includes newborn essentials, fun finds, and mama treats for $65.
• Monthly Subscription: Receive a new baby box each month tailored to your baby’s age. $55/month. You can cancel anytime.
• Baby’s First Year Plan (Best Value): Get all 12 monthly boxes (months 1–12) for a one-time purchase of $600 ($50/box). This plan is prepaid and ends after your baby’s first year—no auto-renewal.
What ages are the boxes for?
Our boxes are designed for babies from newborn through 12 months, plus a little something for mama in every box.
Can I gift a Baby Box?
Absolutely! Both the monthly subscription and the Welcome Baby Box make wonderful gifts for new parents. Just select the gift option at checkout, and we’ll take care of the rest.
When will I get my first box?
If you subscribe by the 10th of the month, your first box will be that month’s Baby Box. We ship all boxes during the last week of the month, and they usually arrive the first week of the following month.
If you subscribe after the 10th, your first box will be next month’s Baby Box. Don’t worry—each box is always tailored to your baby’s exact age and milestone, so your little one will get the right box at the right time.
You’ll receive tracking information as soon as your box is on its way!
What is your return or refund policy?
For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used products. However, if a product arrives damaged or your box is missing something, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll do what we can to make it right.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes! If you’re on the Monthly Subscription, you can cancel anytime.
• The Baby’s First Year Plan is prepaid and designed as a full 12-month journey, so it can’t be canceled mid-plan.
• The Welcome Baby Box is a one-time purchase, so there’s no subscription to manage.
