What is Baby Box Club?

Baby Box Club is a subscription service that delivers thoughtfully curated boxes each month with items for both baby and mama. We also offer a one-time Welcome Baby Box, which makes a wonderful gift for new moms or baby showers.

What comes in each box?

Every box includes four items:
    1.    A fun item (toy, playtime accessory)
    2.    An educational/developmental item (book, learning tool, or activity)
    3.    A wearable item (clothing or accessory)
    4.    A mama item (self-care, wellness, or treat)

How does the subscription work?

We offer three flexible subscription options so you can choose what works best for your family:

  • Annual Journey Plan (Newborn Exclusive): Perfect for families starting at month 1. You’ll receive 12 monthly boxes (months 1–12) for a one-time purchase of $540 ($45/box). This plan saves you $60 compared to monthly pricing.

  • Remaining Months Plan: Great for families joining later! Start anytime (minimum of 6 months) and receive a box each month from your baby’s current age through month 12. $50/month.

  • Monthly Plan: Want to try it out first? This plan lets you receive one box per month at $55/month, and you can cancel anytime.

    If you’re looking for a one-time purchase or a gift, you can choose our Welcome Baby Box for $65.
What ages are the boxes for?

Our boxes are designed for babies from newborn through 12 months, plus a little something for mama in every box.

Can I gift a Baby Box?

Absolutely! Both the monthly subscription and the Welcome Baby Box make wonderful gifts for new parents. Just select the gift option at checkout, and we’ll take care of the rest.

When will my box ship?

If you subscribe on or before the 10th, your first delivery will be this month’s Baby Box, delivered this month. Subscriptions placed after the 10th will start with next month’s Baby Box. Please note: boxes are tailored to your baby’s age/month milestone, so orders placed after the 10th will be curated to match next month’s age milestone. All boxes ship within the same month they’re billed, and you’ll receive tracking once your box is on the way.

What is your return or refund policy?

For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used products. However, if a product arrives damaged or your box is missing something, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll do what we can to make it right.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes! If you’re on the Monthly Plan, you can cancel anytime. The Annual Journey Plan and Remaining Months Plan are prepaid and designed as a full commitment, so they can’t be canceled mid-plan.
